Wayne C. Smith, Principal
Mr. Smith attended the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida and graduated from the University of Maine with distinction. He holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern Maine and a Master of Science in Taxation from the Washington School of Law. Wayne is a Certified Public Accountant, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Florida Institute of CPAs and the Maine Society of CPAs. He has also served as director of several non-profit boards. He has had more than 30 years experience in the practice of public accounting, including work with an international accounting firm.

Lori-Anne Wilson, Senior Auditor
Mrs. Wilson holds a Bachelors Degree in Business from the University of Southern Maine with a major in Accounting. Mrs. Wilson has experience as the financial director of a large non-profit in Greater Portland and previously established and managed her own business. Mrs. Wilson brings valuable experience in the areas of computer systems, as a Certified QuickBooks Advisor, and management consulting, allowing for a greater degree of specialization and a resultant increase in overall practice quality.

Amanda J. Schultz, Junior Accountant
Ms. Schultz became involved with our firm in January 2006 as a student intern from Northeastern University. She is currently in her senior year of a Bachelors Degree Program at Husson College and holds an Associates Degree in Accounting from Andover College in Portland, Maine. In addition to her academic achievements, she has served as an officer of the board of a local non-profit organization. Amanda is a student member of the American Institute
of Certified Public Accountants and the Maine Society of CPAs. She has gained valuable experience in auditing and taxation at our firm and has proven invaluable in the area of technology.

Irene E. Libby, Office Administrator
Mrs. Libby is a graduate of the University of Southern Maine holding a Liberal Arts Degree while currently pursuing a Degree in Psychology. Irene brings a wealth of managerial and administrative experience to our firm, gained from previous positions at the University of Southern Maine, Burgess Advertising, WGME Channel 13, Frito Lay and Shaw’s Supermarkets during her professional career. She is primarily responsible for coordinating the firm’s engagements and office administration.

Peter J. Hall, of Counsel
Mr. Hall is a graduate of Amherst College with a degree in Economics (Magna cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa) and has also studied at the University of Southern Maine as well as the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration Executive Education Program. He is a member of the Maine society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Hall has also served several local non-profit organizations in various capacities, including director and treasurer. He is a Certified Public Accountant and has over 13 years experience in private and public accounting including serving as controller for Safe Handling, Inc., one of the fastest growing companies in the United States.

Sheri L. Morrison, of Counsel
Mrs. Morrison, A Certified Public Accountant, is a graduate of Utah State University. She has seventeen years of experience in public accounting including serving as a senior manager in the auditing department of KMPG Peat Marwick. Sheri has extensive experience in the fields of financial reporting, data processing, non-profit accounting as well as A-133 and MAAP experience. She has served as a volunteer for both the York County YWCA and Center for Community Dental Health in Portland.

Carol A. Jones, of Counsel
Mrs. Jones attended St. Joseph's College in Windham, Maine where she majored in Accounting and earned a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Magna cum Laude. Carol is a Certified Public Accountant and has fourteen years experience in private and public accounting, including seven years as an independent business owner providing accounting and tax preparation services to small businesses, individuals, and non profit organizations throughout Southern Maine and New Hampshire. Carol is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
